Simucube Availability situation update! A long term plan is taking effect finally! Our team and suppliers are solving the situation that has been effecting Simucube 2 Sport and Pro models. We want to open this case in detail and how it will start to develop from now on. Please do understand that these are still estimates but now we finally have a timetable to share with you.
Starting from early July there will be regular shipments of components from our suppliers to our factory. The first shipment will be a bit smaller but will continue with increasing volumes with two-week intervals. Please do note that we have a rough lead time of one week in our factory and after that Simucubes are ready to ship out to our respected resellers. Depending on the reseller's location, this will take from a couple of days to a week.
What does this mean? Well, we have finally an estimation when all the cumulated back orders should be cleared and products are starting to flow again for your drivers! Resellers have been informed about this in greater detail, and will be in contact with you when they have the products in scope! Please, do contact the resellers regarding the availability of your product, they are the ones who have the exact information for your order!
And as a teaser, Simucube Team is planning to ship special editions of the Simucube 2 Pro and Sport units that are purchased within a certain time period from our official resellers, and that are affected by delays. This means some exclusive software features that are not normally seen in Pro and Sport models. We will provide more information about these Simucube 2 2020 Special Editions in the near future!
